Peptide Assemble

PACE builder assistant

Please tell me what kind of model to build

The PACE Peptide Assembly Builder is a modeling tool developed based on the PACE-ASM force field, designed for the rapid construction of peptide self-assembly systems. This module supports the construction of both homogeneous peptide assemblies (composed of identical sequences) and heterogeneous peptide assemblies (composed of different sequences). In addition to uploading PDB files or specifying a PDB ID, users can directly input amino acid sequences. The system automatically generates the initial peptide structures using the PCcli tool and completes the assembly system setup.

The PACE-ASM force field is specifically developed for molecular simulations of peptide self-assembly processes. Its core objective is to maintain the accuracy of PACE in describing protein folding while optimizing its treatment of peptide–peptide and peptide–solvent non-bonded interactions, thereby enhancing its transferability and predictive capability for peptide assembly systems.
